Get ready to challenge your body in a whole new way with Yoga Sculpt! This high-energy class combines yoga flow with strength-building exercises to tone and sculpt every muscle.

While we won’t provide weights at the start, feel free to bring your own set to level up the intensity. The instructor will guide you on how to incorporate them as you push your limits and build strength.

Expect a full-body workout that’s different from anything else we offer — with a focus on physical strength, endurance, and stability.
