Aerial yoga practitioners are recommended to wear close-fitting but comfortable clothing: including ¾ to full-length pants + shirts with sleeves (long or short). Tank tops and shorts are discouraged, as the silk can pinch when directly against bare skin.

Look no further than our Tween Aerial Yoga class! With expert instructors, your child will have a blast learning new yoga poses and practicing mindfulness techniques. 

Aerial yoga helps improve core strength, balance, and flexibility while providing a unique sensory experience that can reduce stress and anxiety. More than just a workout, this class offers tweens a chance to disconnect from screens and connect with their bodies in a supportive and social environment. 

Pick up is required within 10 minutes of class end.
