Our Level One Bungee Fitness class is designed specifically for beginners who are eager to try out an exhilarating and unique workout.
During this class, you'll be securely harnessed to a bungee cord, which will provide you with gentle resistance and support as you engage in a series of invigorating exercises. You’ll be guided through various movements that target different muscle groups, helping you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your balance.
Please wear CLEAN sneakers and socks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all. We kindly request that no jewelry be worn during our sessions and recommend tying your hair up to prevent any discomfort or accidents while bouncing. If you do not come with appropriate attire + footwear, you will not be able to participate and you will not be refunded the class.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Doors open roughly 10-15 minutes before class begins. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before to get yourself checked in, shoes switched, + spot secured. Our doors lock as the session starts + remain locked until the session ends.
