Challenge yourself on the mat to help restore the flow of prana, or energy, in the body. 

This practice can take anywhere between 1-2 hours. After several rounds with instructional cues, participants will then continue on their own. 

Kelsey will continue to provide cues for the mind and the heart to encourage you onward!
