Looking for a fun and engaging way to get your tween active and healthy? 

Look no further than our Tween Aerial Yoga class! With expert instructors, your child will have a blast learning new yoga poses and practicing mindfulness techniques. 

Aerial yoga helps improve core strength, balance, and flexibility while providing a unique sensory experience that can reduce stress and anxiety. Plus, with classes offered every Sunday from October 1st through November 5th, it's easy to fit into your family's busy schedule. More than just a workout, this class offers tweens a chance to disconnect from screens and connect with their bodies in a supportive and social environment. 

Ages 8-13 are welcome!

Register for this class with any of our class passes (1, 3 or 5)
These are non-transferable + non-refundable. 
All caregivers are required to sign a kid-specific waiver upon arrival to the first session. Pick up is required within 10 minutes of class end.
